Anticipatory Bail and Regular Bail

Anticipatory Bail and Regular Bail ? What is the difference and which one to opt for?

The question you have to ask is, is the accused already behind Bar, or have an apprehension that he or she is likely to be arrested?

Generally speaking Regular bail pertains to those who are already arrested whereas anticipatory bail is a provision usually reserved for those people who are apprehending their arrest or they have some reason to believe that they will be arrested.

Kindly Note : whether the person is arrested or behind bar the only option available is Regular Bail.
